Shipping and Returns

We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day.

Shipping Methods

• USPS Priority Mail2 to 4 business days. Free on orders over $100.
• UPS Ground2 to 5 business days. $8.99 flat rate.
• UPS Next Day AirAvailable upon request. Additional charges apply.

Shipping Policies

• All packages are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no product branding visible on the exterior.
• Tracking information is emailed automatically when the shipping label is created.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• PO Box addresses are accepted for USPS shipments only.
• A signature may be required for high value orders at our discretion.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petydes.com
2. Include your order number, photos of the damage or discrepancy, and a description of the issue
3. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund

Quality Concerns

If you have a quality concern about a product, please contact us with the batch number from the product label. We will investigate and coordinate with our testing laboratory to address any issues. Our commitment is to ensure every product meets our published quality specifications.
