Frequently Asked Questions

Product quality, storage, shipping, and compliance

What purity levels do your peptides meet?
All our peptides are tested by third party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry. We guarantee 99%+ purity for all peptide products, with many batches exceeding 99.5%. Each product listing displays the verified purity percentage and a batch specific Certificate of Analysis.
How are your products tested?
Every batch is sent to an independent, ISO accredited laboratory for comprehensive analysis. Testing includes HPLC for purity quantification and mass spectrometry for molecular weight confirmation and identity verification. Results are published as Certificates of Analysis available for each product.
How should research peptides be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be refrigerated and used within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles, and always follow standard laboratory storage protocols.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Lyophilized peptides typically have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly under refrigeration. The specific batch and expiration information is available on each product Certificate of Analysis.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
For research purposes, lyophilized peptides are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. The amount of solvent depends on the desired concentration for your specific research protocol. Use sterile technique in a laboratory setting. Detailed calculations and protocols should be determined by the researcher based on experimental requirements.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground within the United States. All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is fulfilled. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available. Researchers outside the US should contact us for potential future availability in your region.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document issued by an independent testing laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and quality of a specific batch of a product. It includes HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry results, and the quantified purity percentage. Every product on our site has a batch specific COA available for download.
How can I access the COA for my product?
You can access COAs through our Lab Results page by searching for the product name or batch number. The batch number is printed on the product vial label and displayed on each product page. We also include COA links in order confirmation emails.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Payment processing details are provided at checkout. For large or recurring orders, please contact us to discuss invoice based payment options.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right. Quality issues should be reported immediately with your batch number for investigation.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products sold on this website are strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm that you are using these products for legitimate research purposes.
